While Santa Claus is busy at the North Pole, the Lakeshore Tours elves are busy planning Christmas tours! Enjoy a unique opportunity to see Dundurn Castle decorated for Christmas with a guided tour of Sir Allan MacNab's lavish home, a Hamilton, ON popular attraction. An included lunch will be at Edgewater Manor. Originally built in 1920 as a private "castle", Edgewater Manor is now one of the finest restaurants in Southern Ontario. The Edgewater Manor is built largely from pieces of old buildings, including 400 year old tiles from Scotland from a European Palace, and stonework from buildings across old Canada. We will also visit the Royal Botanical Gardens where you have a chance to see the Botanical Train Display constructed from over seven tons of cedar slabs, 3,000 pounds of rock and 250 feet of track, the Botanical Train Show features model trains amongst famous Canadian landmarks from coast to coast! It's the most wonderful time of the year...
