First, we venture to the rolling hills at Villa Conti Oak Heights Estate Winery where we dine overlooking breathtaking fields reminiscent of Italy. This true Italian restaurant and winery is a genuine find! Here we savour the smells and flavours of freshly prepared authentic Italian dishes while basking in the rustic atmosphere of the remodelled barn. After a filling meal and warm hospitality, we set off for our next destination, Schoolhouse Gardens. This beautiful 4-plus acre landscaped whimsical garden is a must for all garden lovers with over 400 varieties of peonies as well as numerous perennial flowers, herbs, and veggies. After admiring beautiful blooms, we head to Centre & Main Chocolate, a gallery-style boutique offering masterpieces that are made with a combination of the world's finest ethically sourced chocolate and locally sourced ingredients. Our tour is not complete without stopping at Glovers Farm Market. This farm market, country store, and bakeshop all rolled into one is the ultimate country experience. Ready for purchase are a variety of homemade pies, muffins, local cheeses, jams and jellies, and lots of homemade meals: shepherd's pie, meatloaf, and baked beans.
