A Very Merry Farm Tour
Thursday, December 12, 2019
Get in the Christmas spirit with this jolly tour! Join us on our first stop to Murphy's Farm Market whose rural roots were established in Canada over 180 years ago when Andrew Murphy came to Ontario from the village of Draperstown, in County Derry Ireland in 1831. Test your decorating skills with a decorating class and enjoy coffee, cider, and cookies to get your creative juices flowing. We will also visit Drysdale's Tree Farm and their Evergreen Store, the largest home & seasonal holiday gift store in Canada. With extravagant collections of holiday gifts and decor the Evergreen Store fulfills the wish list for every celebration of Christmas, Hanukkah, and Winter Solstice including Christmas trees, handmade wreaths & garland. Festivities at the Holiday Village include Santa, horse drawn wagon rides, and marshmallow roasting by the firepit. Enjoy an included lunch at A Taste of Freedom in between farms today.
