Welcome aboard one of the most popular train tours in North America. This one-day wilderness excursion on day two of this tour will transport you 114 miles north of Sault Ste Marie, over towering trestles, alongside pristine northern lakes and rivers through the awesome granite rock formations and vast mixed forests of the Canadian Sheild.On day 3 what better way to explore the history and adventure of flight and forest fire protection than with a visit to the Bushplane Centre? Located in beautiful downtown Sault Ste Marie, this waterfront hangar offers more than 62,000 square feet of interactive, hands-on aviation and forest fire exhibits. We will then visit the Stompin' Tom statue in downtown Sudbury as a tribute to his life and take photos at the Townehouse Tavern where Tom penned the lyrics to his famous "Sudbury Saturday Night".. On day 4 enjoy the sharpest, brightest, clearest, and most vivid digital images at the Imax. This tour also includes 2 nights at the Water Tower Inn, daily breakfast, return train trip to Agawa Canyon with a boxed lunch, 1 night at the Hampton Inn in Sudbury, 1 dinner, deluxe motorcoach transportation, Lakeshore tour director.
